Pricing scales with your brokerage. Start at the tier that fits your client count today and move up as you grow, never before you need to.
For growing independent brokerages.
For brokerages with dedicated benefits teams.
For multi-office brokerages.
For national brokerages across regions.
These are standard on every license tier or one-off builds.
Add-ons aren’t part of the . Add any of them to your license, and some enterprise packages include them.
Start with a build package for the clients you choose. A build is one client benefits guide or microsite, built by our team from your plan documents. When you’re ready to bring more clients onto Brite, a license is the better value.

Cover a handful of clients without adding work for your team.
Hand a busy enrollment season to our build team.
Build packages aren’t on a license, so add-ons are priced per client. Add any of them to the builds you order.

A license puts Brite in your team’s hands. Build services are there when you’d rather we build for specific clients.
Your broker and account management teams stay in control. Build, update and send guides for any client in your tier, on your schedule.
Send us plan documents for the clients you choose, and we’ll deliver a finished guide or microsite for your review.
Brite is priced as a license based on the size and scope of your book of business: the number of clients, offices or regions you want to support. Within that scope, your team builds unlimited benefits guides, with no employee counts to track and no fee per guide. Large regional and national brokerages can get a custom flat-rate license for the whole rollout, and managed build packages are available if you’d rather our team do the work. Compare license tiers.
Most Brite licenses include the core platform: unlimited guides, the benefits guide builder, Smart Import, decision support, analytics, PDF and print export, standard language translation, onboarding, training and ongoing customer support. Depending on your agreement, the AI Benefits Assistant, Enhanced Messaging, Enhanced Translation, Microsites and Brite-managed guide builds may be priced separately. Some enterprise packages include one or more of them in the license.
Yes. You can start with a single client, a build package or a limited paid pilot instead of a brokerage-wide rollout. Your team gets to use Brite with a real client before choosing the right structure for a larger rollout. Pricing depends on the number of clients, how complex they are and the level of support you need.
Any of the three can. A brokerage can license Brite across its clients, an employer can contract with Brite directly, and carrier technology or enrollment credits can help offset the cost when they’re available. We’ll help you choose the structure that fits the relationship between the brokerage, the employer and the carrier.
Often, yes. Carrier technology or enrollment credits are available in many cases to help fund Brite, though eligibility and reimbursement rules vary by carrier, market and client. Brite provides the proposal, invoice and supporting documents your broker or carrier rep needs to evaluate the request. Final approval rests with the carrier.
No. Brite doesn’t offer an open-ended, self-service free trial. Instead, we’ll demo the platform with realistic plan examples and show how it fits your team’s workflow. To evaluate Brite with your own business, you can start with a single-client build, a build package for a larger opportunity or a defined paid pilot.
Contracts typically run 12 months. You can pay monthly, quarterly or annually, and paying quarterly or annually may earn a discount. Agreement length, billing and renewal terms are set out in each order form. If your number of clients, offices or regions changes materially, we’ll review the agreement with you and decide whether an adjustment is needed under its existing terms.
Yes. Your team can build guides in Brite yourselves, or our team can build them for you with managed build services: a single build, a volume package or an ongoing service. You send the plan documents and content, we complete the build, and your team reviews and approves it before it’s published. Large employers, multi-class populations, multi-guide projects and other complex builds may need separate scoping, and microsites can be included or scoped as an add-on.
Yes. Your license is priced by how many clients you serve, not by how big each client is, and it includes unlimited guides, so a polished benefits experience makes sense for small groups as well as large employers. Smart Import, reusable templates and year-over-year renewals cut the time it takes to build and maintain each client. See how much time you could save, and we’ll help you choose a structure that fits the size and mix of your book.
Tell us how many clients you serve. We’ll send your tier, your add-on options and how build services can help.
